We want you to love your Harold Harvey jeans. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged through wear or washing

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return: Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact customer service.
  2. Package Items: Place unworn items with tags attached in the original packaging.
  3. Include Form: Fill out and include the return form provided with your order.
  4. Ship: Use the prepaid return label (for domestic orders) or ship to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • This ensures you get the item you want without waiting

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Choose between a replacement or full refund
